Is that Natural Selection?????

OK..... If your power is out, and your house is cold........

Why would you bring in your charcoal grill to warm up your place????

HELLO PEOPLE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

We have 8 deaths where people have died of carbon monoxide poisoning, because they are heating their places with charcoal briquettes.

Please, use some of the wood of the trees that have fallen to warm your place....... NOT BRIQUETTES!!!!!

Does everyone know this???

Sorry...... little rant!!!!!

I can't speak for everyone in this forum, but I think we are very intelligent people in this forum. Last check, there was no imbreeding members or mountain people in here. We all know better than to do that. People who do that however need to be entered in the Darwin Awardds!

Culling the herd! Bad part is you know these people probably reproduce like rabbits. Thus, the cycle continues with stupid offspring.

Re: Is that Natural Selection?????

It's scary enough to think that people run their gas generator in the garage with the garage door shut..... But Charcoal in their house..... WOW!!!

This thread was a rant...... I know everyone on this board is smarter than that.... I just don't understand how people think that this is a good idea???

Re: Is that Natural Selection?????

Ya, I saw that on the news. It should be sad, but it just so stupid it makes me laugh. Since there aren't any predators to help with natural selection, they have to kill themselves. We just need a little less of this: and a little more of this:
On that note, I'm going to go camping and set up my Webber in my truck to keep me warm...

Re: Is that Natural Selection?????

The funny (or sad) part is it's not that cold in Seattle right now...they all think they're freezing to death and it's well above freezing. Put a coat on idiots!

Re: Is that Natural Selection?????

The total is up to 12 now.....

It has gotten down to the upper 20's that last couple of nights. But here is another twist to the story I heard last night. They (the powers that be.....) are posting notes around, in different languages, telling people not to burn charcoal or run a generator inside. Another thing..... running a gas generator inside your place.....

Things that make you go..... HHHMMMMMMM

Re: Is that Natural Selection?????

I am sad for these people and their families. They are in my prayers.
