Toyota of Puyallup?

Is anyone here dealing with these guys? They won't respond to emails. I don't want to drive all the way down there for nothing, but was curious if there is any news or info on their stock. I know the first five are going to in-house employees and I was #16 last month.

phones are good when I have the patience to be put on hold. Besides, the hound dogs on this forum have proven to be more in the know than salesmen.

Re: Toyota of Puyallup?

I think that e-mail may be a little to modern for some dealerships.

I wrote to 3 dealers in the Memphis area asking for a quote and how much they want for a deposit.
no replies. not one.
Phones scare me.

Re: Toyota of Puyallup?

WOW... Heartland Toyota, in Bremerton.... Shipment, first of the month. The lady I talk to there was REALLY nice. She told me she saw one last week when the Toyota rep drove up. She continued with that she had no idea they were coming out with those and was very surprised by it. It was black!!!!

Re: Toyota of Puyallup?

In my initial search in January, they did respond to my email/internet request and actually call me back. At the time there was about 15 on the list and they indicated that mid-April to mid-May, I'd probably get what I wanted.
It was just MSRP & $500 to get on the list. At the time that seemed so far away.
I get the feeling that they work towards the volume side of things instead of the make every last dollar (Bellevue) or focus on the service/personal interaction.
Whether they are like Longo in California (the big guys with all their problems) who knows.
They are a big dealer in a truck oriented market. That probably means a good set of allocations - that's good.
