Okay - so I get a call from my dealer yesterday and he said the FJ has gone "F" status - which means it's waiting to get on a truck.... so it MAY be here by the weekend!!!
It's all a little anticlimactic by now.... been waiting a little long... but not as long as LostCosmo.....
So, we'll see.. I'll post pics and will likely be very happy when she arrives!!!

that mud n frolic thing. seems most are going for saturday, 4/29 if im not mistaken. im just going for the day, taking my family down on a day trip to see what all the hubbub about this FJ thing is really about! the trail team (rooster's pet) will be there and handing out free ARB bumpers to the first 10,000 in attendance.

I am still on the fence as to whether I'm gonna go. Since I don't want to do a lot o' wheelin' with the new truck, I may drive down after breakfast, hang out for a few hours, and then come home.
But I DO have a tentative jetskiing plan that weekend; still unclear whether that's on Saturday the 29th or Sunday the 30th.
Juliet, we're talking Saturday the 29th for Hollister. There's NO WAY you wouldn't have your FJ by then. If my jetskiing rendezvous is Sunday the 30th, you're more than welcome to drive to Hollister with me in mine.

So you are a true NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) advocate - first Mexico, then Canada, and now back home in the U.S. I hope getting your FJ this weekend is the crowning reward of all the travelling.
