I have wanted an FJ for a long time. But at that time, when I went to buy one, the saleman talked me into buying a 4Runner. It was a great vehicle but not an FJ.
So when I saw the new FJ was out, I went out and bought it msrp.
I park it next to my husband's '04 Jeep Unlimited.
Ive seen alot of women driving around LA in the FJ. I find it surprising. My stereotype was that women wouldnt find it as desirable because its not very plush and very utilitarian in terms of interior. I guess I was wrong.
I have seen one woman driving in my area in an FJ...the only one I see on a regular basis, so I assume it is hers. I think it is great that this vehicle appeals to both men and women....style and utility, iconic eye catcher at it's best.
Not sure how many will actually sign up for a board, but it is good to see a better mix than other forums.

There's a woman that lives next door to me that drives a GX470 and walks around with a little poofy dog that <b>loves</b> it. "So practical" she says with her tea and crumpet friends as she's walking by. Haha. This is America, after all.
It would be cool to have a "Girls of FJ Cruiser" gallery. All the gals can post pics of themselves and their new rig and a short comment about what makes them an FJ Cruiser Girl.
If this idea takes off, eventually we can maybe have a "FJ cruiser Girls Gone Wild" gallery. No nude shots tho, just girls in their bakinis driving through mud holes gettin dirty and all. Or any of the ladies roughing it and getting dirty in the FJC's.

The closest you'll get to that with me, Tranman, is a picture of my jetskis hooked up to the FJ.
