Eastern Idaho Trail Run - Page 2

from what I have heard about the old Haun minning townsite it sounds like a great place for our 1st eastern idaho trail run.
I have talked to a couple people that have been up there and it sounds like a great spot to spend the day and cook up some burgers.

Does the mid of september work for you guys?
I would like to make this work for as many guys and gals as we could.
Feel free to invite you friends too.

I will try and do some scouting by 4wheeler in the next couple weeks to check the place out. I will let you know what I find.

my self and a couple a guys did the Hahn Mine run on atvs this past monday. wow it was great! we got up to a little over 10,200 feet. I think we will have a good time up there.

I talked to a lady who said that they are shutting the trail down. I left a mes for a guy at the forest servvice. I am waiting for a call back.

I am curious to know what you find out on this. That would be too bad if they closed that trail down.

I talked to a gal at the st anthony forest service and she didnt know anything about it. I dont think its true.
