Night Reiter Run Pulling Out a Rubi

The results of the Reiter run last night. Chewey46, Vorpal FJ, KD7NAC 07FJ, and myself set out for a night run after meeting at the Monroe McDonalds. Got a little ways up the trail and was coming up to the river crossing and a guy on a quad stopped us and said someone needs our assistance on the crossing. Sure enough a Rubicon was highcentered. Really a wedge job right on the rear driveline and axle with a large rock dead in front of the driver tire. FJ's to the rescue to pull out the Rubi. Ended up using 2 winches and a highlift to get them out. They were not getting out without us. Anyway a nice and thankful young group. So this put us about an hour back but ended up with a nice little trek and some new pinstripes. It was nice to meet the guys mentioned for the first time. Vorpal FJ was up from Oregon and wish we could have given him some more trail time. Next time.
Also got a pic of the hard to photograph "Chewey".

Re: Night Reiter Run Pulling Out a Rubi

He only comes out at dark to avoid the camera. This is the only known photo of him. It will go in the archives like the Sasquatch photo.
