Hello chewey46 it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?
For us California people and others not in the Pac. N.W., what exactly is Sand Lake? Size? History? Is it a specific off-road area? etc etc. Looks like a ocean.

We're told the way to fix this is to pander to people who believe scientific facts are liberal lies, who treat blacks and gays with contempt and who plan on flying into the sky like Peter Pan when the Rapture comes.
Great pics, thanks for sharing! It looks so secluded, was anyone around or were you all by yourself? I may go there this weekend if time permits, I've been wanting to go for some time now but I don't want to go alone, but what the hell, if my GF won't go, I'll take my body guard Mollie

Not a lake per say, but there is an inlet that goes to the ocean, and I'm not sure if it's a saltwater lake or what. The key draw is of course the ocean and the dunes. I didn't even see "Sand Lake" but I did enjoy what it had to offer

There were several ATVer's out on 4 wheelers and sand rails zooming all over, but so few for a place that big. It was easy to find secluded spots for some experimenting. Don't worry about going alone out there. Just take it slow and have fun. If something does happen, there are usually plenty of offroaders that'll give you a lift back to the parking lot.....which is never too far away at Sand Lake. Unless you're trying some pretty risky stuff, it's all easy fun to be had out there without worry of getting stuck. Just remember to err on the side of caution, and make sure to look ahead for possible problem spots or not so safe conditions.
