Out of that list I believe these are the only trails (in Western WA) that our FJ Cruisers can go on:

6. Capital Forest ORV (Olympia WA)
10. Divide Ridge Trailhead (Rimrock Lake WA)
11. Elbe Hills Trailhead (Elbe WA)
14. Evans Creek ORV (Carbonato WA)
27. Naches ORV (West of Yakima on Highway12)
28. Rattlesnake Bethel Ridge Trailhead (West of Yakima on Highway12)
29. Reiter Trailhead (Goldbar WA)
32. Straddleline ORV/MX Park (McCleary WA)
33. Sunset & Tarbell Trailhead (Battle Ground WA)
35. Tahuya ORV (Belfair WA)
36. Tanuem *ORV (CleElum WA)
38. Walker Valley ORV (Mt Vernon WA)

I would love to be wrong and hope that the others could be used too... Have you actually been on these trails? I've done Capital Forest, Evans Creek, Naches, Reiter, Straddleline and Tahuya in my FJC.
You forgot #23.... The is in Sequim!!! I might have to do this one!!! Looks like it might be close to the ocean!!!!

Sequim is not near the Ocean...It's closer to Canada than the Ocean. Kinda close to the top of the Sound though.

Re: WA state ORV areas...

Just a note to add to #1 Ahtanum access can be made thru the Yakima Valley from Tampico. See the Ahtanum State forest section on Ceg Ranch for maps to the area. Click on Eastern Washington Offroad Forum.
The Hwy 12 trailhead near Rimrock Lake has some the toughest 4wheel trails around and you better be willing to take damage. (See short and dirty )
However there is some great mtn views on the service and logging roads.

Also #28 Rattlesnake Bethel Ridge has access from Hwy 410 Chinook Pass at the Nile Junction. Timber Wolf Mtn is a place we like to go. Haven't explored any of the side trails yet though.

Great job on the list.

Re: WA state ORV areas...

Nice compilation and thanks for taking the time to make this list. I do know that NorthWest Forest Passes are required for some trails, i.e. Evans Creek.
