Someone in the bunch should have been back by now ?
We did stop for a bite at Jimmy D's after finishing up. ;-) It was a great day. We had a lot of fun, suffered no injuries and (I think) learned a lot. We had seven FJs and a pair of Jeeps on the run. Some of the serious learning occurred after the Jeeps and of two of the FJ contingent headed home. At this point we tackled a really interesting climb (off the main 4x4 loop) that most of us wrote off initially as pretty sketchy. All five remaining FJs made it without incident, though it took plenty of really fabulous spotting from Marsh and Jerry. Thanks guys! And many thanks to Ben for organizing making the drive up from Portland.
Pictures and more commentary coming (I'm sure!).
Here's to Ben and Olivia making it safely back to PDX.
I just got home (and got Olivia to bed). No problems on the way home.
Thank you guys for coming out. Had a great time, both of us, as usual. Glad everyone (as far as I know) made it with no damage or issues. There certainly was potential for it on a couple spots. Especially that last climb, which I think I heard a couple guys in the Jeep group that past us on the way out called it "break axle hill". I think it's kinda funny that the Jeepers with us, and the Jeeps watching us from the bottom would not do it and advised us not to. Meh, what do they know, except their OWN limits? Walking that hill, I saw potential for some issues. But I really didn't think it wasn't doable for any of us. Doing it without spotters might have been a different story I suppose.
I'll have pics up tomorrow.

Got a call from Wayne... A Voodoo Blue hit a gravel truck.... I guess it was pretty trashed.... So the Snohomish FJs were calling each other to see if everyone is ok..... Sucks whom ever it is, but if it's one of us...... Hits a little closer to home!!!!

If I remember correctly, I was the only Voodoo Blue today. Kurt is in Black, Jerry if SF, Allan (or is it Aaron? Alex? Damn it!), Paul, and Marsh are Ti. I know I'm forgetting someone, but I'm tired. But I don't remember another VB today.
That doesn't meen that it may not have been one of us though. But I don't think it was from our group today.

I think the trails turned out better than predicted, and we had a good time.
I had to bug out a little early (~1:30) as I had to finish signing contracts for a new house.
