FJ Comming Home

The FJ should be back from getting its new trany by Wednesday, I t will be great to have it back. When its back just need to move all the breathers and pull the dent and it should be good to go. It will have been at the dealer ship for about 36 to 37 days. But do to all the hassles the insurance company is waving the deductible And after dealing with TOYOTA, if you get water in the Trany or any other piece with a breather, they don’t cover it under warranty unless the breather failed. And the to replace the trany about $6000.00. So I would recommend looking up the info shadow warrior and 007 posted about moving the breathers, would be a good cheep investment in the long run.

Hello chewey46 it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?

Re: FJ Comming Home

How were you able to avoid the deductible?

The adjuster just paid a visit to mine on Friday, waiting to hear word early next week.

Re: FJ Comming Home

Don't make the dent go away, it'll just make it that much harder when you get the next one.
