Re: Jackson Hole Advise

We've only been to Jackson Hole once and we loved it. I highly suggest that you have dinner at El Abuelito Mexican Restaurant, it was the best meal that we had the entire time that we were there. Pass the Teton Steakhouse it was horrible. There was also a great BBQ place there as well that we had lunch at one day after some horseback riding called Bubba's. And Mountain High Pizza Pie was awesome. And go to the Million Dollar Cowboy just for the atmosphere and some drinks. Have a wonderful time.

Re: Jackson Hole Advise

The MAngy Moose is in Teton Village at the base of Jackson Hole Resort. Most people refer to the town of Jackson as Jackson Hole. Jackson Hole is actually the ski resort that is in Teton Village. Jackson Hole is about 20 miles outside of Jackson. If you are staying in Jackson I would recomend the Barking Frog, Mountain High Pizza, Million Dollar Bar, Cadilacs, or the Japanese restaurant that is north of the town square on the road that runs to the east side, they have great sushi. If you wnat to know the name let me know and I will call my friends that live there. If you are staying in Teton Village you should go to the mangy moose just because of the atmosphere. You could do the chuck wagon dinner which is just outside of the village on your way to Jackson, it is fun especially if Kids are involved. PM me if you have any specific questions. Oh and have FUN.

Re: Jackson Hole Advise

SO you are downtown Jackson walking distance from Barking Frog, Mountain high Pizza, Sushi and the Cadilac (right next to Million Dollar). I did forget the one to not miss that is the Gun Barrel they are about a mile away and they focus on wild game like Elk and Buffalo, it is great and something different (recomend the combo plate or the elk chops).

Re: Jackson Hole Advise

What is your skill level? are you skiing Jackson Hole, Snow King, or Grand Targhee or all of them? What terrain do you enjoy open bowls, trees, etc?

Re: Jackson Hole Advise

My Snowboarding level is intermediate/advanced I would say

I love the trees and bowls and have recently spending a bit of time in the parks.

Also I love long groomers that I can just lay back on and make some nice turns

Nothing too crazy but I am always up to a good challenge which I am sure I will find almost anywhere
