Wendy, the boys and I are heading up to Seattle for the kids spring break and was wondering if anyone was taking off as well. Wendy was asking if anyone would be available for a run on Monday April 1st in the Tahuya or so area as we have not had a chance to get up there.

Reason: Added Seattle in title.
I am off that week as my 13 year old is on spring break. My wife is going out of town so that makes me free for the day. I just returned from spending the day in Tahuya State forest with a co worker, his Jeep and my FJ, we had a blast. It was my first time there as I am a military transplant into Washington state. Great opportunities to get some good articulation and even onto 3 wheels. Let me know where my son, my lab and I can meet up with you and your family.

I'm pretty sure April 1st is a Tuesday. Either way, I would probably be down for going up there though (Monday or Tuesday ). Haven't been up there in a few couple months.

yeah, I posted this just before running around at bike shops then heading to work. Actually, Monday or Tuesday works for us. I guess I was thinking of a day and a date at the same time. Silly me.
So, is this still a go? Anyone know what the weather has done up there? The late snow down here pretty much cancelled our plans to run to Brown's camp this weekend. But I'd still like to get out. So I'd love to get up there with someone if you're still going. Anyone know what the weather is like up there?

not sure, as I haven't heard anything else...... We would still like to go, of course with someone that has been there before.
I live approximately 40 miles from Tahuya and I don't have any snow. I would worry more about water as last weekend there were some spots where the water was quite deep. The good thing about it was all water hazards have a nice rock base. Someone name a time and place to meet up. Belfair State Park comes to mind. I will have to use someone as a spotter as I don't trust my 13 year olds judgement when it come to preventing body damage. There are a couple places when it gets tight getting through trees.
