Re: Reiter Trails cleanup May 4th

It'd be great if we could get a large contingent of us FJC folks out there to help out.

I know many of us on here use and (lovingly) abuse these trails, and we owe it to ourselves and the whole wheeling community to do our part in helping to keep Reiter clean. Not only is it good for the environment, of course, but it helps promote the idea that the ORV community can be a responsible and self-policing entity that is in fact beneficial to areas like Reiter, and as such helps ensure it stays open for use.

Plus, who can resist trail runs after the cleanup?

Re: Reiter Trails cleanup May 4th

Garbage bags will be provided. We will have two large dumpsters in the staging area to bring the trash back down to.

If you like to keep your rig clean, a large tarp for the back of it would be helpful just to lay out in the cargo area for where you store the trash.

Bring some gloves if you got them.

Circle up at 9am for the meeting and Lunch will be provided at noon.

Also, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get SIGNED IN at the SIGN IN BOOTH. The DNR uses our Volunteer hours to apply for grants and stuff so the more names and hours we have on the sign in sheets the better.

Thanks folks, see you on sunday.
