Re: BOISE Anyone?

Just a heads up...I was talking to the parts department and they told me that they keep the original parts in a storage shed until they sell the vehicle in case someone wants that exact vehicle, but doesn't want the add ons. Just thought you might like that tid-bit. Probably have to pay to have them removed, but certainly couldn't be as much as the markup!

Re: BOISE Anyone?

Hello,

Just thought I would drop a line and say hello to all the Idaho people on here. I will be relocating to Boise from Seattle, in about 6 weeks and look forward to getting involved in the FJ community.

Re: BOISE Anyone?

The FJ part I can understand, but there are no trees? Anyway, thanks for the welcome.

I hear that a lot.

You just have to imagine settlers coming from the east as they entered the valley with the Boise River, running through it. They would have just crossed endless miles of desert and rolling sage hills. Seeing the trees here in the valley must have been a welcome change.

Re: BOISE Anyone?

That makes sense. I am looking forward to getting on some trails in the FJ as well as the mt. bike. I hear you have some of the best around.

Re: BOISE Anyone?

I saw a Sandstone FJ in the Meridian area yesterday. I know, no big deal right? Well, the thing had a leopard print roof...hmmm. very interesting.

A true Sandstorm expedition rig... Whoever it is, post your pic, we'd love to see it!
