Anyone familiar with Seatac - Seattle - Vancouver area?

Hey all:

I was hoping to find someone who may be familiar with Seattle and surrounding areas. I'm planning a trip to the area early next year and need some info about traveling between Sea-Tac Airport, Seattle and Vancouver. If anyone can help, please shoot me a PM.

Thanks...

There is the new light rail from the airport to downtown Seattle. If you are going to Vancouver, WA or Vancouver, BC you can take Amtrak from the King Street station.

Are you going to the Olympics in BC? If you are I would not recommend driving, there will be long delays at the border.

My folks are going to Vancouver for the Olympics. They plan to take a Greyhound bus from Seattle. Reservations are probably filling up fast...

I'd take the train but that's just me.

I thought the same thing.

But it's messed up, you take the train from Seattle and you make it up to Vancouver at about 1 or 2 PM. The Train from Vancouver to Whistler leaves at like 7AM.... So you would have to spend that night in Vancouver.... Which isn't all that bad.... Go to a pharmacy/drug store and pic up a bottle of 222s... Greatest things for hang overs E V E R !!!!!!!!!!!

But aren't they going to Vancouver?

Chewey, you've had a hangover before? I'm a saint! Never had to experience one.
