A Civil Defense Exercise will take pace on October 16th, 2006. As a mandatory government regulated drill, we beg your understanding and full coooperation.

1. Time 14:00 - 14:20 October 16th, 2006 (Monday)
2. Stage: Air Raid ALarm (15 Mins) - Warning Alarm (5 Mins) - All Clear.
3. Area: The drill will affect Korea unless information or instructions are otherwise broadcasted by the authorities Concerned
4. What To Do: If you are in the hotel, we recomend that you proceed to your room and relax. If you are on the street you are required to seek shelter for temporary refuge. If you are in automobile, you must stop immediately and to to the nearest shelter.

We sincerely hope this important exercise won't cause you much interference, and we thank you for your cooperation.

well the air raid drill is going on. Loud wailing city sirens like the movies. All vehicles in the city have stopped in their places except official vehicles. Pedestrians have vanished. Police everywhere.
