so i cant connect for 2 days. I call sbc and get a tech support guy. I have done everything i can do and nothing. so this guy tries to force the ip. nothing. He says it is one or the other, the DSL modem or my computer is going haywire. well a long story short is that he put me to a higher level of tech support and they wont tell me anything unless i pony up 135.00 for 6 months of service

. then she said that it was probably a driver issue and i needed to update it but my line was fine.
end of story is i go and buy an cheap card put it in and im back on line and i did not even use the disk for my updated driver. I guess i really should have trusted the

it really pissed me off that they want to charge me for something and they have no idea as well, that money would not have helped me at all. ok all better now
