Re: The passing of a son...

I am sorry for your loss.

I know Delta will transport remains, I have seen them do so many times when I transported tropical fish. Though you may have to have to contact your local care taker to set this up. This may be your best bet.
Best Wishes
Stephen

Re: The passing of a son...

My condolences on the passing of your son. I couldn't imagine a more difficult time for a parent. In terms of getting your son home, I would suggest contacting a funeral home in your area and checking with them. I would also suggest contacting the military as they can often be of assistance in such matters.

I'm not too far from Seattle and if I can be of help during your time here, don't hesitate to let me know. I happen to run across this article in the Seattle Times today about a local soldier that was killed in Iraq. Perhaps it can help take your mind off things if even for a short time, and I think the story resonates with all of the good our military folks do.

The Seattle Times: Nation & World: Dead soldier's parting gift: $100,000 party

stay strong - marc

Re: The passing of a son...

Bandi, it's difficult for me to eloquently express how sorrowfully this event is for me and I'm sure for all of us here. I've often thought of this happening to me. I have a son of 25 years. It is unimaginable. It is for me and for all of us an honor that you choose to share this with us and consider us your friends. Because, we are. My heartfelt sympathy is all I can offer.
