Maggot

Looks like they got that cop killer maggot, but not before he killed a Fish and Game officer and wounded another one. They heard a shot after they lobbed tear gas into the cabin he was holed up in. Looks like he went out a punk. Good riddance to bad rubbish! This piece of sh*t has actually spawned Facebook pages devoted to him being a HERO!!! WTF is wrong with these cop haters? Do they not understand that the only thing between us and the rule of the jungle is law and order? There are some seriously clueless idiots in these United(?) States? The cabin burned to the ground apparently with him in it. I wanna see the crispy critter. First toaster picture has my undying gratitude!! He wanted justice. Now he got it and saved the taxpayers some money in the process!

Don't believe everything you get from the media. There are just too many unanswered questions.

Re: Maggot

I think that it may take a couple of days to get the carcass positively identified. I'm guessing that he shot himself in the head. It depends where the bullet entered and exited. The US Navy does those panaflex dental records on all service members to be able to identify their remains in that way. Once the coroner receives the records, they will be able to confirm or rule out the identity.

Burn in hell, Dorner.

A deputy from the San Bernardino Sheriff's Dept was killed. Dorner was spotted in the stolen vehicle by a game warden. Dorner and the game warden were involved in a shoot out. The game warden was not injured. Dorner fled into the woods and the cabin, where he shot the two deputies.

I've been an LEO in California for fourteen years. While I've worked with a couple of idiots, I've never seen any LEO just physically assault a suspect. Not to say it doesn't happen at all, but I gurantee it doesn't happen as much as some people say it does.

Given some of issues with Dorner; crying while on training, etc..., he should have never been hired. Somewhere along the hiring phase; the psychological test, oral interview, or back ground investigation, something was missed.
