G'day Matty,
Yes I am serious.
I don't give a hoot about US politics, liberals or blacks, or black guns ....
When you accept an apology - you do it with a degree of grace and decorum.
Surely some one has taught you that common courtesy, some time in the last 28 years ?
But to make a backhanded slight in your acceptance, especially with a gun and playing the so called race card at the same time, it shows you are not serious, that you continue to mock and attempt to berate the human being that is apologising ....
And this is not acceptable behaviour ... that fact the I perceived your threat against a fellow member ... and so did others I would imagine... is sufficient to let you know that you can cool your heels for a week. Contemplate what you want to contribute to this forum, how you wish to be perceived by other members of the forum, and perhaps learn to grow up a bit.
I have tried to be reasonable and treat you fairly and with respect, but you just want to spit in my face and every other member of the forum.
So see you back in a week
Cheers
Baz

I just want to voice my $.02.
So essentially a mod perceived violence in a pic of a gun in response to an apology. Mod believed that the persons "acceptance" of the apology was not with enough "grace and decorum". Mod banned poster.
The mental thought process that identified that pic as implying violence is unthinkable. There is NOTHING about that pic that implies violence. Or, is the implication that all pics of guns are implying violence if posted in a reply to another poster?
The second thing comes to mind that, there is a rule that states you MUST accept an apology if offered and you MUST do so with a "grace and decorum" desired by mods? What if I don't want to accept an apology...then what?
I see this issue with religious/political discussion in off-topic like a kid sticking a key in an electrical socket. Rather than telling them to stop putting the key in the socket, you turn off the electricity. Really?
Like I said, just my $.02.
