Some are hockey dads, I'm a track dad.Hockey would of been a lot cheaper.
Hockey is not that cheap anymore, the equipment has become damn expensive. League fees, Tournament fees, busses for Tournaments, lodging etc all adds up to some $$$$$$$.

I guess every things gotten pricey,2 day track rental 300.00,gas to track and back 80.00,motel and food 200.00,gas for bike 50.00,tires only good for two track days400.00,just over a 1000.CDN once a month from May to Oct.Next year he starts racing amateur,if he finishes the season top 5 ,I've promised to paint the FJ Kawasaki green

Yea, damn sports are getting pricey. If I ever have kids they are going to play stick ball or lawn darts.
A Kawai Green FJ would stand out for sure! Here's hoping Jr makes top 5!
