All of these cars are going to start being crushed this week. There are over 6000 of them, and the yard has been open since 1935, so the vintage starts there. It was unfortunately closed when I got there, so I just took pictures of a few that were just off the road. Heading back this week to see what they have in the way of Rovers and such........
by the way, anyone know what the yellow one is? Smiths gauges, 3 wipers....British

Someone threw away a perfectly good Titanium Silver FJ! Guess they didn't like that color after all...

Wild-assed guess; it's been 30 years since I lived in the British Isles - a Morris Minor? But that car is left-hand drive and I didn't know Morris exported any with LHD. Trying to remember what other english cars had the spare on the boot like that.

Reason: fixed typo
The side profile, fender flares, and spare tire mount are akin to MG, Morris, and Morgan but that straight top door line doesn't match any of the pictures in my guide to collectible cars.
I spy some nice parts for a '61-'63 curvy-Bird like my '62 . . . too bad mine doesn't need any.
Those old northeastern salvage yards don't preserve the past quite the western yards do. It's a shame (or is it ?) that all those old British cars weren't moved out west for preservation.
