Yes. It is Bike Week at Daytona Beach which makes it spill over in St. Augustine. I live and work on A1A which parallels the ocean. 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot for lunch. It is also the start of Spring Break.

Re: Bike Week

I like bike week. Not so much for the congestion problem and a whole bunch of ignorant folks who think they are tuff for riding a specific brand and wearing a specific shade of black. Easy...easy...I ride that specific brand and wear requisite black t-shirt too, but I like bike week for what goes on inside the speedway and dirt track.

What? races during bike week? Yeah, shocking I know, many people have lost sight of that one.

I'm all about watching the races, AMA, vintage, dirt track, and of course the best SX round of the season! I'll be watching SPEED tv, CBS, and any other network that will give me my 2 wheel racing fix. My veins are ready.....

The racers yes. The aforemention ignoramus folks, no. Smart folks wear helmets and protective gear. All else depend on luck. I grew up in Hawaii, no helmet law, and grew up riding lidless and with shorts and slippers. But I have seen, what happens to unprotected flesh in motorcycle accidents. yes, IT IS always the OTHER guy. But as long as he is out there, luck is hard to come by. Especially, with all them a$$ clowns all jacked up on the sauce

yup. This is NH's bike week. You won't see one helmet. It blows me away.

Re: Bike Week

bike week and spring break are what make me hate florida this time of year.

bunch of impotent old farts in the throes of mid life crises on harleys and stupid ass overgrown adolescents.
