Negative Rep points gone.
I'm sure it's across the board, but it looks as if this site has eliminated the negative rep points, and you are now only able to give positive rep points.

Funny how the only ones who saw the Negative Points as "Misused" are the ones who got a lot of them, frequently, and deserved nearly every one.
