I remember his first go round. He stood in front of a vehicle doing about 40MPH and got thrown like a rag doll but apparently didn't get hurt. The suit however was very clumsy looking and bulky. Looks like he might have something this time. He should call it the Storm Trooper.

he also has a heat sheiled similar to the shuttle underside.
On the discovery channel they held a small propane torch to the top of his home made helmut till it glowed red and no burn .
anyone else remember that show or the prevouis one where he got hit buy the car and the log ?
