Drinking your own urine - yum yum!!

I was watching UFC 69 and heard Joe Rogan talking about drinking his own urine and that UFC fighters (some) do it.

Wow. LOL! I guess I don't want a six pack that bad. Apparently, a lot of Chinese have been doing it for centuries.

Now, if you want to drink your own urine, the best time is apparently during your first piss in the morning, mid-stream. Don't start peeing into the cup until a few seconds after starting.

Then ... enjoy!!!

Well, I read up on it. Pee supposedly is full of antibodies, etc. I think if that is really true I might be inclined to pee on the cut I have on my leg LOL. But drink it? - no frickin way - the only person I've ever seen do that is Steve-O from Jackass and he was gagging then throwing it up and turning green. If he can't do it, I surely can't.

The people in favor of drinking their own pee - LOL!! (can't even type that without laughing) claim you can be sick with a horrible flu and be completely fine the next day via the antibodies in your own pee.

Sick, but fascinating.

What is the purpose? for antibodies? There are other ways to get healthy.
I wonder why the UFC guys do it, I can't see the advantage. Tough training not enough?
