Re: Air Log

Air, I cannot sell Storm for an FJ. I have bonded. It rules. Plus I can turn off 4 wheel drive and still have Manly man mandigoness. Besides, who else is gonna carry all the spare parts in the bed of their truck when we finally all get to offroad together?

One disturbing thing though - even the freakin' mini FJ has BFG All Terrains on it. Stinkin' toyota getting cheap with us in the tire department is straight BS.

Percy, I'm not suggesting you sell Storm. I'm merely curious as to where the whole "gotta gets me an FJ" project currently resides in the back of your mind. Is it at .0000005%? 5%? 32%? It's gotta be there.

And yes, you are a manly man. And we have seven days to all go off road together before granger ditches his FJ.

Re: Air Log

7 days... truly that is tragic news. One day, I will sneak an FJ into my garage. It may just have to wait until I can afford to have a 5 car garage. The next vehicle replaced will by my wonderful fiance's and I don't think she wants an FJ. Since I have every intention of running my taco to death... it may be a used beastie picked up a decade or two from now.

Oldawg... you won't need the new parts... but I read the rubicon thread. Someone inevitably will! Besides, hauling a king size bed to another state with it strapped on top of an FJ doesn't sound like a fun endeavor. The bed of the truck on the other hand... very do-able.

Re: Air Log

What can I say? I know it just doesn't seem right. She was still willing to let me have one. But after I got screwed twice, I couldn't have handled a third time. That would have made me homicidal. Besides, I truly love my truck and I still get to play with you guys so all is well in my world.
