Re: Ask the Bellydoc

Hey Doc, why is it when products being advertised, its always 4 out of 5 doctors recommend it? What did the dissenting Doc know that the others didn't? Or is it normal to have one out of the group that just likes to disagree, being the pot stirrer so to speak. And why always 4 out of 5? Why not like 3.5'ish or 4 strongly for it, and one kind of against it, so we just shut him up??

Thanks!

Re: Ask the Bellydoc

I couldn't think where else to put this, and it doesn't deserve it's own thread.

Re: Ask the Bellydoc

Note that it's un-deployed.

There's also a spring in there... clearly unrelated. You have to look on the diagnostic viewer to appreciate it. It's shadow overlies the hose barb.

What is that -- a home-made IUD?

BTW -- looks like some hip replacements coming up someday.

Re: Ask the Bellydoc

I don't see what the big deal is. The barb end came off the hose - happens a lot.

Does the hose mfr's warranty apply? Does the part have to be brought in to the retailer for return or exchange?

You have identified the correct portal of entry. Unfortunately, it has now become an intraperitoneal device... which is why I'm involved.

I'm not sure how much range of motion is required at the hip in order to wear a Posey jacket and 4 point leathers, but if she appears limited, I'll recommend the referral.
