What are your best recipes for the campsite? Hamburger, potatoes, and peppers cut up in aluminum foil and thrown into the fire?

When making breaded pork chops, how do I get the breading to stick to the chop? I have used the good ol' flour, egg & bread crumbs method but it never sticks? I usually end up with a hollow bread cave after the pork chop falls out? Please help me!!
