Unhappy OffRoadRecovery.com - anyone ordered/heard from them?

Wondering if anyone knows anything about this Colorado company: offroadrecovery.com?
I saw mention of them in a tow strap thread, and they had some Blitz gas tank products that I liked, so I ordered some. 5+ weeks later, I haven't received the order, any updates on my order or a response to any contact I've had with them (via phone or email).

I've tried contacting them at the numbers on their web site:
303-552-2399
877-494-4327
(when you call either of these numbers, one of which is the number given for PLACING ORDERS, there is a recording that says the voicemail box is full - it's been that way for at least 2 weeks.)
I also tried the number that showed up on my credit card statement (the charge was processed the day of the order):
303-589-3211
(I was able to leave a message on this one, but haven't received a return call).

I have also sent a couple emails to their "Customer Service" address: cs@offroadrecovery.com.

I'm just about at the point where I'm going to call my credit card company and try sicking them on these guys, but thought I'd try and see if anyone has had any dealings with OffRoad Recovery in the past?

Thanks!
-Brett

yeah they really stink when It comes to delivery. They do have ton of stuff and really good prices too... but unless you're willing to wait 2 months or so... don't bother... I ordered a Hi-Lift Jack and 5 weeks later I got it. I had almost forgotten after 4 weeks that I even had ordered it... started calling them emailing them and finally it arrived.

Re: OffRoadRecovery.com - anyone ordered/heard from them?

So how's this for a late update? My credit card company ended up refunding the purchase from this now-defunct company. Apparently, I wasn't the only one waiting for something I'd been billed for but never received. Woohoo! Now I can spend the money on something else and maybe add a useful post somewhere on the forum.

Thanks for the replies/advice.

Re: OffRoadRecovery.com - anyone ordered/heard from them?

The problem is that a lot of business that close still have an active website because they pay for a year in advance, if not longer. Or they simply do not bother to cancel the web hosting service since it is already paid for. I always call the number on the website before ordering through the website.

It happened to me once, I really wanted these pair of jeans and they did not have any left in my size at Macys so i searched online and found a place in CA that carried them. There website had a form to place an order, but to make sure it is legite, I called them and left a message, never heard back from them. I called during business hours for several days and nothing.

Hope you're not out any funds. I just bought some recovery gear from the folks at 4x4 Connection. They did a good job and the prices are competitive.
