Re: OBESSION....have you seen it???
hello i got a e mail today from my old buddy mst srgt mike ward...he said he is in country...doin good so far....could not tell me where he is...but said there is a lot of sand/desert around him... i told him i was thinking of him and the hardship his wife is going through....all i can think about now is this friken movie i saw....with my buddies over there.....RR
Saw it today, as a required briefing at work. Reactionary? Yes, but having been in middle east and other predominantly muslim areas, it is absolutely on target about radical muslim ideology and its goals. This should wake people up to the very real threat that is growing in countries woldwide. Just my .02 review

Re: OBESSION....have you seen it???
Profound....thanks to you folks above for sharing. Probably be a good dvd to add to the collection. They are offering on the obsession website for $14.95. Nothing wrong with the youTube version, other than it being all broken up and such.
Probably the most telling statement in the whole thing, IMO, was "....perhaps the worse form of child abuse, is to teach your children to hate!" While this may not hold true for all of you/us, I think it does in the context of this film, where you have a little girl not even 4 years old talking about going to the walls of jerusalem where she will become a "suicide warrior". What a shame! 4 year olds should be wanting to play with their friends...playing house, doctor, playing ball, riding a bike, or maybe building a treehouse.
Totally agree, fs13. The violence, brutality, and hatred preached in mosques and schools is nothing short of brainwashing. Children are especially susceptible to it, and have in countries around the middle east and africa proved to be the most ruthless killers. Children need to be kids, play and have fun. Not be bombarded with hatred.
