wtf??? Is he talking about convicted felons who can't vote? Is there something else keeping millions of Americans from voting?

Maybe he's talking about all the doctors he ruined by suing the sheet out of them; now they can't afford to drive to the polls. But he's a real man of the people and champion of the little guy don't ya know, albeit a stinking rich one who got that way from chasing ambulances...
