remember that airplane/conveyer belt question

Did they constantly increase the speed of the belt or did they fix it at one speed?

it was fixed at one speed. i dunno if they did it correctly but seing it i beleive that it is possible to accomplish liftoff, as that the propeller is pulling the craft foward not the tires.
