I have the receipts and the harddrive. I literally brought it home and it didn't work. I brought it back and wasn't even really upset at the time that it wasn't working...they said they were sorry and they'd fix...no charge.
Now they call me to say it's the logic board. I wasn't mad till they said they were charging me. They told me they would fix my laptop at no charge!
I told them I understand mistakes happen.
Now, I've gone into b!tch mode because they call me to ask how my laptop is working? And then transfer me to someone who says it's the logic board and they are charging me for it.
I have the harddrive they took out...I'm taking it to another place to have it looked at. If it's working...I seriously will be angry...ok P!SSED!
I apologized to the girl on the phone for being upset...but come on....what do they expect?
I'm not paying for the repair! I refuse to! They told me they'd fix it free of charge.
I have their laptop and I'm not giving it back till mine is repaired. I paid cash for the repair and they have no credit card information from me.
I would go and take my laptop back from them right now and demand my money back...but then i'm left with no working laptop. My job requires me to be on my laptop all day.
I need a bloody drink.
