Lol you can actually can meat, as in how your grandma would can pears... I didn't realize it until about 12 years ago when my grandma showed me 6 year old canned meat that actually was good. Looked gross in the jar.. and was strange.. She only did it for a few strange flavors to put in meat.

Anyway, my guess is sealed food will be good, just like sealed food like nutri-systems or many of the vacuum sealed but unrefridgerated MREs.
