If you buy a used car and are told that it wasn't in an accident, and you find out after you've bought it, that it was, do you have any rights???

My 2 cents would be, it depends whether you bought it off of a private party with nothing in writting or off a a dealer with something in writting like "sold as is". What about that car fax stuff?

You can run the V.I.N. and see if it is listed .. Check your local and state laws. Usually it is a "buyer beware" situation if purchased privately. But, if you have it in writing from a dealer then maybe you might want to retain counsel..
