Starter house in Brooklyn...

I got this in an email and thought it was actually pretty cute! A little claustrophobic maybe, but cute just the same. Someone did a pretty good job, and from what I understand, the price ain't bad for NYC...

Re: Starter house in Brooklyn...

I would tottally live in that house. It has a big wall for a tv, a kitchen and even a yard for the FJ. Think their would be problems parking in that tiny yard?

Re: Starter house in Brooklyn...

WOW! That is different. I just paid that for a 1300 sf house on a view lot in over priced SE Alaska. I thought our housing market was ridiculous! They flowers would definately have to be replaced by rocks so you could get the offroad feel by parking in the drive.

Re: Starter house in Brooklyn...

I've seen this before and I am impressed actually with the overall design and use of space although having a full second floor would be nice, but not as attractive. For someone who doesn't spend much time at home or is only home on weekends, it could work. For the Woodsman, who needs some wide open spaces surrounding his shack, I don't think Brooklyn will do. Sorry Mikey D, I won't be your neighbor anytime soon.

Re: Starter house in Brooklyn...

What cracks me up is that you have this little 300 sq ft home with barely enough room to turn around in, but it has 2 satellite dishes!!
Just like trailer parks in the midwest!

Re: Starter house in Brooklyn...

Yeah, I remember reading about it before and it was in Canada . . . but, either way, it is unique.
