It kicked my arse...

Haven't ridden it for a l-o-n-g time...so today it kicked my arse, and I really didn't even ride it that long. Early in the season...time to get back in shape! What's everyone else doing to get back in/stay in shape?

Re: It kicked my arse...

Join local races (bike and run) to keep you motivated... friendly competition keeps me going and gives me a goal to accomplish. Setting a goal, such as, losing xx pounds never seems to work. If we dont see instant results then, "it isn't working", we get board and give up

X2

I get enough excersize pushing my luck, dodging responsibility, and skirting the issues.

Re: It kicked my arse...

KaKaKaKrazy Munkay, ya mighty roadbike racer you ! I would like to get a road bike again one of these days. I enjoyed riding back in my college days.

For the Woodsman, my work is very physical. But when I'm feelin' energetic I partake in a few minutes of:

or

Extreme X1 | 2004 Haro Bicycles

I actually keep both of them in my office.
