A Gore Confession

Al Gore today said his irresponsible lies blaming global warming for every catastrophe to occur on Earth in the past few years were themselves a consequence of global warming, and warned that if we don't want more people like him mouthing off, we had better cut back soon on carbon emissions.
"The warming has fried my brain," Gore said, adding that he had totally lost control of his tongue, which wags mendaciously at every opportunity.
"Why, not so long ago, I was arguing in my Oscar-winning movie that we would have oceans rising 20 feet within the very near future, only I failed to explain what I meant by 'very near future.' I meant within a couple of thousand years. I should have modified the phrase better.

It will lose its orbit from the sun...

all our materialistic posessions ....retirement plan paperwork .....and lawn care items .. will be violently tossed of into space and swallowed by black holes!

Al Gore is a self indulgent a-hole....he is no different than the other people that get into polictics..for self advancement. so with that thought process
who wants to run for polictial office?? pick your congress and senate right here from the forums

Sorry Jason, I have not had the pleasure of meeting you and the other excellent SoCal vendors, so a little trickier to keep names straight without faces to put with them. I thought I had it right and missed the mark.

Personally I'm very concerned with the litter I see on the trails (I always carry out what I can), the trash, smog and pollution of our major cities (I work from home a lot and try to drive our smaller vehicle as much as possible), our dependence on finite resources like oil and coal, and the soaring costs of fuel. So GW is just one of the many environmental issues I am concerned about, and it seems to me that there is enough evidence to at least be concerned - even if not completely convinced. I do not follow ANY party lines and treat all forms of "news" and "official information" with a good deal of skepticism. I agree that there IS a happy medium and consider both Al Gore (greenie) and GW Bush (oil tycoon) to be extremists at either end of the spectrum.
