I was stationed in Germany back in 83-84. I would spend my days off in Garmisch. I only made it to Switzerland once.

If serious they have a toy inside a shell.
Some kid choked on a toy and ruined it for all us in USA.

Re: BRUZER's SWISS Adventure

For months we had a candy store we would go to and if you asked for kinder Eggs he would go into the back room and get some. Sadly the last time we went he had run out of his stash.

The toys inside are considered a choking hazard. Therefore they are banned in the US. You can get them in Canada though. Just don't try to smuggle them across the border.

Smuggle them in your stomach.

That ban was instituted within the last few years if I remember correctly.

Here I am out playing in the snow
Seeing your urban pix brought back a flood of memories, then looking at this one I recalled the joy of discovering that the sun was actually still shining So when we got sick of the constant gray we learned the simple trick of gaining elevation...locals called winter "suicide weather" because of the relentless, formless gray sky. Hope you have enough free time to get up to the gorgeous Grindlewald area (not too terribly far from you) though viewing the glaciers is actually better in summer when not covered by snow. X 2 on Zematt - astonishing place, especially in late spring/early summer for wildflowers. Also Thun, Interlaken...Have you gotten down to Geneva yet?

Re: BRUZER's SWISS Adventure

Is that why they banned Kinder eggs?? The rumour here was that they have something carcinogenic in their chocolate lol. The choking hazard makes more sense though.

Hey BRUZER, better not let the 'BETTER HALF' see on here that you're having so much fun...you might be relegated to the DAWG HOUSE on your return home!
