Ah come on Nate! The BBQ place is right here in Algiers and it is the closest to the pulled pork recipes back in the Carolinas and Georgia that I have had since moving here. Too often NOLA folks want to slather it all down in some kind of ketchup based something. This joint had a really great sauce (on the side) and the meat was not all dried out!
As for LandShark, bring yourself back on over to Key West (NOLA version) and check it out buddy!
