Not sure how many people know this little internet (nee usenet) "law", but given election season is upon is, I'm sure it's value will become noted:

"As a Usenet discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one."

hmmm. checkout where the link came from. Then google him, there's a hour's worth of freak-ball there. Used to watch him on telly back home. As we say, "only in Britain."

Hmmm, I was wondering why I wasn't taught Godwin's Law in high school then I noticed it wasn't introduced until 1990. What a shame.
