I'm still looking for a decent cell phone.

Not a digital camera. Not a video camcorder. Not an MP3 player. Not an Internet accessing device. Not a digital movie player. Not a walkie-talkie. Not a remote control for my TIVO programming. Not a JPEG photo album. Not a television. Not a built-in coffee maker.

Just a decent cell phone.

I think since the manufacturers have tried to put every conceivable non-telephone feature into a cell phone, they kinda forgot what the original purpose of a quality cell phone was supposed to be.
you might hate me for this but here you go.........

Blackberry's! They are the best, number one cell phone in the world....Many different models, makes, colors, specs....
I have a Pearl...awesome phone!
I-phones are crap!...you need a bachelors degree to know how to work the thing. Mine's sitting in a drawer collecting dust....want it?!

I have zero complaints with my LG Dare.

Re: Crappy cell phones

Thanks for all the good input and, no Munkay, I do not plan to get unlimited texting at this time. . . . just to spite you. again.

No I-phones for me H3, I also fall into the category wishing they'd leave all the extras off and just make it a darn good phone. I'll have to find out which of the Boulders my brother has cause he sent me an email saying he wasn't terribly impressed with it in comparison to his previous phone (I think it's the older one).

No I-phones for me H3,
I refuse to get a phone that can get email.

I work enough in the office and at home most nights. I don't need people emailing me on my boat or while I'm trying to enjoy some time off now and then.

Re: Crappy cell phones

The new boulder seems pretty good. Although I don't like the charging port.
Seems to be a quality phone! Make sure to ask your sales rep to see if you qualify for a corporate discount through your work. Good luck with your choice!
