Banks Power Pack?

I just ordered a Banks Six Gunn Diesel Tuner and Speed Loader for my Dad's 02 Chevy 2500 HD for his Christmas present. Does anybody know anything about these things and have input for it?

I saw that insalled on TV, on Trucks, I think the guy put that in a Ford, what became a monster. Your father will be so happy! I don`t know if you have to change anything in the transmission or not, you might have to, thats a lot of extra power there.

Yeah with the combo of the tuner and the speed loader it is supposed to gain 155 hp and 385 ft-lbs of torque, coupled with the alison transmission i think it should turn his truck into a beast.

Re: Banks Power Pack?

I put one on my 2002 Dodge Ram and loved it! It was amazing how much better it pulled our 30 ft Fifth wheel. I yanked it all over the mountains of Colorado with no problems after the power pack (passing many cars up the hills) when before I had it I was confined to the right lane going 30 MPH on the highest climbs. It's a quality product, and a quality company.

I put the Banks Monster exhaust on my 2000 Wrangler. Again, another great upgrade!

He will be pumped when he feels the differance!

Re: Banks Power Pack?

Does anyone know if any of the Banks kits for the Tundra will fit an FJ?
