Other ways to get MUDDY !!!

Hi all !!

I haven't posted up in a while because I've been playin with my new toy. A Polaris Sportsman 800 4x4 Quad. This thing is unreal! All wheel drive 760cc,duel exhaust, liquid cooled, four wheel independent suspension, almost 12 in. of ground clearance,9.5 in. of travel, Warn winch and tires almost the size of my FJC.

This brings up the question: Other than the mighty FJC...What else do you do to get muddy??

I still have my Yamaha Blaster but also enjoy My Mongoose (Blast away) mountian bike. I also have a mountian board a.k.a death machine and a couple of snowboards (Burton & Lamar) for use when the snow covers up all of the wonderful mud in the acreage out back.

so..how else do you get muddy?

Re: Other ways to get MUDDY !!!

You bought a Poolaris? LOL, just playing. They seem to be good bikes.

Me, I prefer Yamaha's and Kawasaki's. I have a Kodiak 450 and plan to upgrade to a Brute Force 650i next spring.

Re: Other ways to get MUDDY !!!

Blasters are awesome quads. My friend has two of them, rides them every week, never breaks anything. He's a fast rider though, so I don't ride with him (I ride slow and pay attention to the rocks/mud). I'd love to have a Blaster as a second qaud.

Nice choice!!

I have a Polaris 325 Trail Boss and my favorite thing to ride is my 2005 Suzuki DR650.....can't wait for the snow to melt and to hit the trails.....

Re: Other ways to get MUDDY !!!

Nice rides!!

Garsgrl...That Vinson looks pretty mean! I saw that some of you are getting together down in Kentucky...I was thinking about trying to make it down from Indy and If I do I would like to bring the Polaris down with me. Anyone else gonna bring quads?

also...putts255...how do you like your dr650? I am thinking about selling my blaster and picking up a trail bike as I really miss my old kx125. Iam thinking either an XR,KDX or a DR.

Re: Other ways to get MUDDY !!!

. . . and that Polaris is about as heavy as your FJC !

I do like the Polaris Sportman line but I do wish they could lighten them just a bit.

I have a 2002 Yamaha Grizzly 660 4x4 with power kit, a 2003 Kawasaki Prairie 650 4x4 with ignition module, and a 2002 Polaris Scrambler 400 "X" 4x4 (the last of the 4x4s with a two-stroke engine.

By the way, they are all for sale and they are all in excellent, low-usage condition.

A great place to ride that isn't too far away is Big Rock in Maysville, KY.
