that's gorgeous!

I've always wanted a series LR and when the Defender 110 came out, I fell in LOVE! but could not afford it's initial price tag or even current price tag!

RoverGGM
recomendations on where to find more info on the LR's and where to find these for a good price?

My FJ needs a companion!!

Super clean! There is a place in Birmingham that restores Defenders that does a good job. I've seen pictures of a few of their rides.

Re: Dalai Lama's 1966 Land Rover

Final bid $82,100

I would get great pleasure from buying it making a monster truck out of it.

The DaliLaminator! Sharon stone would be so proud.

Re: Dalai Lama's 1966 Land Rover

What's funny is I think those pics are taken from inside the Dalai Lama's house in Saratoga, where he's been in exile. We actually saw him in a sandwich shop on El Camino Real and the lady said he comes in there all the time.

I would bid on it if I got to chase down Sharon Stone and run her over.
