2WD Tacoma in sand
A friend of mine has an 06 Tacoma (w/ TRD offroad package and rear locker), he's wondering if he can successfully drive it on the beach (loose, unpacked sand) with the diff locked and with some weight in the back. Thoughts? Thanks

Re: 2WD Tacoma in sand
It all depends on the driving. Airing down, and not stopping and he might just make it.

Proper air down and the right tires will do all the difference.

Tires are a definite must. My friend got stuck with dunlops that were getting bald. He was in closer to the water before I pulled him out in the pic.
