Smart Cah

Got to see the Smart up close and personal today - very cool little car for very little money.

Re: Smart Cah

The Smart Cars are pretty sweet, they were all over the place when I was in Rome a few years back, but I would be scared sh!tless driving one around Houston, considering the FJ is a mid-sized SUV and there are so many Suburbans and F-1,2,350 types rolling around. I bet you the sell great in LA, NYC, Chicago though.

they are indeed interested. i too saw them in rome in 1999. the first dealership i saw was right outside of parma. it was the typical 4-5 story smart car dealership.

Re: Smart Cah

We have a dealer right down the street and I see a few several times a week. Man are they tiny! Personally, they look like a rolling coffin....if everyone was driving a tiny car like in Europe, I don't think it would be too bad, but here in Phx, let's just say I'd hate to be in an accident in one.

Re: Smart Cah

I've seen a couple in NYC. They are really small. Great for parking in tight spots, but I would hate to get hit by anything SUV sized or larger.

Paaak da smaaaaat caaah in the back yaaad Bostonian!
