love the pics of the escalator. Did you make it? I didn't see any pics at the top. I got up to the last hole and ended up getting towed out cause we didn't make the right turns to keep out of the hole
Yeah I made it....... the spotter and I didn't know where the line was so we had to keep hunting until we found it. The brushguard touched the wall and scraped a half inch of powdercoat off. The H2 takes up the whole thing.

Up until recently I hadn't seen one Hummer out on a trail here. A few of us took a trip with a group of mixed vehicles, we had two H3s with us and I was really impressed, you see the BS on the forums and I think they catch more flack from the Hummer and H2 owners than anyone, it was really cool to be able and see for myself.
FJ runs are cool, but it does get boring watching the same type of vehicle roll over the same line over and over again, it's something to watch different makes and models do the same obstacle as they react differently.
I am a tippy b!tch with the FJ, doesn't feel right with that much weight coming up, you got quite a bit more than we do and you seem to handle it well!

I was lucky to have had so many people along on some of these trips to take many of these pictures.......often those people were in a vehicle other than a Hummer.
The pics of the escalator don't really do that sucker justice... it is technical.........if your tires are in the right spot you can climb right up......if your tires are in the wrong spot......your rig is laying on it's side in an all rock bathtub while they hook a strap or winch-line to ya to drag you out.
I'm very lucky to have Moab just a few short hours away.
One thing that always makes me laugh is hearing someone with very little rock crawling experience and never wheeled with any Hummer.........telling someone else how an H2 has no ability off road.
I appreciate all the positive comments here.

Hey, careful, man, there's a beverage here!
Love your photos! I do believe this is the first H2 I've seen off-road! And where's your bling, man?!?!?
Excellent shots! And kudos to you for using it the way the General planned!

Nice... Thanks for sharing and posting up vids and pics of your beauty. I'ld wheel with you any day! Doesn't matter make or model... as long as it can get dirty.

You can learn a lot watching a good driver go over an obstacle; you can learn even more watching some good drivers in different kinds of rigs go over the same obstacle.

Your rig definitly takes the bling out of my opinion of Hummers. Nice!
