I haven't posted over here in awhile. I looked in from time to time.........but I haven't posted for months.
I still see the usual Ford -Chevy.....(FJC -Hummer- Jeep) rivalry thing is still going strong for many. It's no different here than at dozens of forums elsewhere.
You know we give each other crap about the rigs we drive and honestly there is a lot of ignorance out there about other trucks........but at the end off the day...... those of us that wheel our rigs really ought to be sticking together to stand up to those that would take our access to the trails away.
Anyway a Heeper buddy and I just found out we were going to the FJ Cruiser Summit in Ouray. We didn't really set out to attend the Summit....... it just worked out that the dates we'll be there are the same as the dates of the Summit.
Anyway......maybe I'll see ya out on the trails over there.....or around town.
I signed up over here as 0313H3 back in the day (I have the 2 Hummers).....but I use RuggedH2 on many different sites now (I'll see if they will let me change it here).
Here are some pics of my truck so if you see me.... say hello.

Hey, careful, man, there's a beverage here!
Look forward to seeing you there.
I wheel with a couple of guys driving Hummers. One with an H2 and another with an H3. I STILL haven't seen anybody out on the trails with an H3T, and both the guys I know with H1s are too scared to take their rigs on the trail (dang shame, that).

I have wheeled with all makes and models. I have also found that most of the bashing is done by the people that know and understand the least about what they are talking about.
Ignorance can be fun to witness.
I've seen enough from FJ's to know that they are capable machines........
Nothing wrong with the good natured giving of sh!t either.
It's always fun to wheel with different rigs.

There is a lot of bashing, but as long as you are using it for the purpose for which it was built, you are all right in my books (Don't tell anyone but I drive an Xterra. shhhhhh....)
We all dish it out, just part of being loyal to a brand! Anybody who enjoys the outdoors as much as I do and uses there rigs riding along offroad trails is alright by me. Heck I'm proud to say a Subaru Forester once helped me out of a rut. life is short and the older you get the more you realize it So Get Out and Wheel It!!!

love the pics of the escalator. Did you make it? I didn't see any pics at the top. I got up to the last hole and ended up getting towed out cause we didn't make the right turns to keep out of the hole
